I created Elevate because I was looking for this room myself.
I didn't need another space helping me figure out my vision - I already had one, and I was building it. What I needed was a room that would stretch me alongside women who understood that carrying a God-given calling requires continued development.
As the Lord began taking me into new levels, I quickly realized they required new standards, deeper character, and greater capacity. I wanted to be surrounded by women who were building too—women who weren't chasing success for themselves, but understood that what we're building is ultimately about Jesus, the people we're called to impact, and the legacy we leave behind.

You can't build at the level of your calling while thinking from an old identity. Renew your thinking, strengthen your identity in Christ, recognize patterns that are holding you back, and raise the standard for how you show up.
Sober Mindedness
Builders need discernment, emotional maturity, awareness, focus, and the ability to lead themselves. Rooted in 1 Peter 5:8, you'll learn to live awake and clear, less distracted by noise, more aware of what deserves your attention, and sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

Mentorship calls typically run 60-90 minutes.

Elevate is an ongoing mentorship, with a 3 month commitment recommended to give yourself the time and proximity required for meaningful development.

And I’m not leading this room because I believe I’ve arrived.
God may give you the vision, but we have a responsibility to develop the woman carrying it.
Elevate is the room I wanted while doing that work myself—and now, it’s the room I get to invite you into.
I'm leading it because I believe we should never stop becoming.
As I’ve built businesses, coached women, created communities, led events, and stepped into greater levels of responsibility, I’ve had to confront my own fear, old thinking, emotional patterns, discipline, leadership, obedience, and capacity to carry more. I’ve learned that getting the opportunity is one thing. Becoming the woman who can steward it well is another.
That’s also why I created Elevate. I wanted to be surrounded by women of faith who were serious about what God had placed on their hearts—but I didn’t want every conversation to revolve around what we were building, achieving, or accomplishing. I wanted to talk about the women we were becoming while we built it.
I know what it's like to have a big vision, believe God is calling you into more, and realize somewhere along the way that the vision isn't the only things that needs development. You do too.
I wanted conversations that went deeper. Women who would challenge and sharpen one another. A place where faith and ambition could sit at the same table—and where pursuing your calling never became more important than your relationship with the One who gave it to you.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring women through identity shifts, fear, mindset, emotional growth, discipline, difficult decisions, and major seasons of transformation. I’ve watched women deepen their faith, start businesses, write books, change patterns that were no longer serving them, and finally move on things they’d been circling for years.

No. You may already be building or leading something, or you may know God has placed something on your heart and you’re ready to move on it. What matters is that you’re serious about what He’s given you and willing to grow into the woman who can carry it well.

Neither. Elevate is a faith-based mentorship focused on developing the woman behind the vision. We work on things like identity, mindset, sober-mindedness, self-leadership, emotional maturity, courage, stewardship, and the areas of personal development that affect how you lead and carry what God has placed in your hands.

Elevate is designed for women who already have full lives, so you don’t need hours every week to keep up. We have two mentorship + hot-seat coaching calls each month, short trainings, and ongoing community support. The goal isn’t to give you more to do, it’s to help you grow in the middle of what you’re already carrying.

Life happens. Calls are recorded and added to the Elevate space so you can catch the replay. You can also submit a question before hand or hop in to the Telegram chat after you watch the replay for any questions or feedback.

I personally review each application because I want to protect the kind of room we’re building. If Elevate looks like the right fit, you’ll receive the next steps to officially join, so make sure you give the correct contact information so we can contact you.
